D&R started as a Metro Detroit landscaping and property maintenance company. Twenty years later, that same crew mentality runs a facilities management practice and a growing development portfolio — without losing the habit of answering the phone.
Our Story
From mowed lawns to landmark buildings.
D&R was built on the simple promise printed on our logo: a company dedicated to service. That started with lawn care, snow removal, and the everyday repairs that keep a property running — the kind of work that only pays off when someone actually shows up.
Two decades of showing up earned D&R the trust of commercial owners, franchise operators, and multi-site property managers across Metro Detroit. It also gave us the confidence to build our own properties — The W Lofts in downtown Wyandotte and Cosabella on the Bay in Miami Beach — applying the same standard to something with our own name on the deed.
